Baseus Bowie M2s Right Earbud Fails During Phone Calls

November 24, 2024 1:49 AM65

I recently purchased the Baseus Bowie M2s earbuds and encountered a frustrating issue. While both earbuds function perfectly for music and other uses, only the left earbud works during phone calls. When both earbuds are worn, the right one fails to transmit sound during conversations, although the left earbud and incoming audio work fine.

I tried resetting the settings, reinstalling the app, and reviewing the user manual, but there is no solution provided for this problem. It appears to be a design flaw or a software limitation.

This issue severely affects the usability of the earbuds for phone calls, which is one of their main features. I need a resolution immediately—either a proper fix or a replacement.
