I purchased the Baseus D02 Pro, but it has a major issue—when I make calls, the other person cannot hear me at all. The microphone seems to be completely non-functional, making the headset useless for conversations.
Since this is a critical flaw, I expect a proper solution. I request either a replacement or a full repair so that the product functions as advertised.
I didn’t buy this headset just for listening—I need it to work properly for calls as well. Baseus must stand behind their product and provide an immediate fix. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible!
