Baseus Bowie H1 Headband Cracked After 4 Months, No Warranty Support

I purchased a Baseus Bowie H1 ANC Bluetooth 5.2 headset, and within just four months, the headband cracked. I reached out to the company for a warranty replacement, and they directed me to contact Amazon. However, Amazon required a technical service report, which I couldn’t obtain because Baseus doesn’t seem to have an accessible technical service center.
This back-and-forth has left me with no resolution. Both the manufacturer and retailer keep redirecting me without providing any real solution. It’s frustrating to see such poor after-sales support for a product that failed prematurely. I demand that Baseus and Amazon address this issue promptly and honor the warranty by replacing or repairing my headset.
I contacted the Baseus headphone company. I discussed the headphones I bought from Amazon. They took it under review and said to contact us if you can't resolve it on Amazon. I couldn't resolve it on Amazon because there is no authorized service. I emailed the company. They responded to the email and made the payment. After I sent my bank details, the amount was deposited into my account. I thank the Baseus company and its employees.
