I Face Baseus Power Bank Swelling and Safety Risk Issue

On December 16, 2023, I purchased a Baseus Bipow Overseas Edition 30,000 mAh digital display 20W black power bank from Teknosa. About three days ago, the device suddenly started swelling, and its casing cracked.

The product is now unusable and poses a serious safety risk. It is both disappointing and concerning that a product like this has reached such a dangerous condition in a relatively short period, especially since it threatens both personal safety and property.

I tried to contact both Teknosa and Baseus regarding this issue, but I have not received any response so far.

I am requesting that this hazardous power bank be evaluated under warranty or as a defective product and that it be replaced with a new one free of charge. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
