Barclays Bank Finance App Problem Stops All Account Activity

I have been unable to perform any transactions in the investment account I opened through Barclays Finance for about one week. I called customer service to resolve the issue, but based on those conversations, I began to believe that this institution is not trustworthy. In addition, they direct people to misleading websites and, on Şikayetvar, they appear to gather a few individuals to support them, which further harms other victims.

I have not suffered any financial loss, but I request that my account be closed. I constantly experience issues with being unable to complete transactions, and I want this situation to be resolved urgently.
