Umingle Account Blocked After Age Check Despite Being 19

I am 19 years old and I use Umingle on my Windows computer. My account was recently blocked after an age check and I am now seeing the message “Age Verification Denied – Umingle is for adults only — you must be 18 or older to use it. Our system flagged this session for an age check. To continue, please verify your age.” The reason this happened is that during a chat another user was telling me to “suck a dick” and behaving inappropriately. I forgot that I could simply report or block this person, so to try to scare him and make him stop, I wrote that I was 15. In reality I am 19, but it seems your system detected that message, flagged my session, and treated me as underage, which led to my account being blocked. I understand that this was a mistake on my part and that you have to protect minors and keep the platform safe, but I am genuinely over 18 and I do want to keep using Umingle as an adult user. I am ready to complete any additional age verification you require and to provide proof of age if needed. I kindly request that my account be reviewed, my age be correctly verified as 19, and my ban be lifted so that I can access Umingle again. I also ask that this be recorded as a one‑time mistake, as my intention was only to stop inappropriate behavior from another user, not to bypass your rules.
