Still Waiting for Banggood Refund After 26 Days!

I placed an order for a product on July 20, 2023, but ended up canceling it later that day. Unfortunately, the refund that was promised promptly has yet to arrive after 26 days. After multiple attempts to address the problem with both the bank and Banggood, neither party is willing to accept responsibility. Banggood states that they have processed the refund and have provided a document containing transaction details. However, Ziraat Bank is requesting a provision number and seems to be disregarding the information provided by Banggood. After numerous discussions, the absence of a definite solution is undeniably exasperating.
