Struggling to Withdraw Funds from Balans FX

Last summer, I joined the Balans FX market, and things were going well at first. However, the frequency of communication has decreased lately, and I want to withdraw my funds, but I can't reach anyone. Lately, instead of making profits, I'm constantly losing. Therefore, I've decided to withdraw all my money. However, the investment advisors who used to call all the time, urging me to deposit more money, are nowhere to be found. I can't find anyone to talk to, and I haven't been able to reach my representative for the past two days. There's no response to the messages I've sent.

The transportation was completed, the issue was resolved, and the money was deposited into my account.
