The investment advisor I was working with at Balans FX has recently departed from the company. After experiencing significant dissatisfaction with the process, I have made the decision to terminate my working relationship with the company. I would like to withdraw the funds from my account, but unfortunately, I have not received any response or communication from them. I consistently provide reminders via the support line, yet there is no subsequent action taken. According to them, the operations team has been notified, but I haven't received any contact from them.
