Cloudex Consultants' Disinterest

I have been working with Cloudex for exactly 7 months. There were no issues at the beginning. We made good profits initially, and I withdrew my money, but for the past month, I’ve been struggling to withdraw funds and reach the consultants. Previously, three people were in contact with me, but now when I send messages, I barely get a response. When they do reply, they say the market is very volatile, which is causing delays. I request that my concerns be addressed.
