I can't withdraw my funds from my Balans FX account, and I can't find anyone to talk to. The investors are nowhere to be found; those who used to call incessantly in the beginning are unreachable now. There's no one to assist; even though they were so eager to help and constantly called to deposit money. They kept calling me to deposit money into the account, I followed their advice, and I've almost lost all my money. Now I want to withdraw the remaining amount in my account, but I'm not allowed to. Please have one of the investment advisors call me and let's solve this problem together.
