Baby Mall Wee Baby Bottle Warmer Defective, Heating Fails And No Support

On August 21, I purchased a Wee Baby 4-in-1 Bottle Warmer through the Baby Mall website, order number 8765007034630. As soon as the product arrived, I experienced an issue with the milk heating function. The device can only heat milk once, and then I have to wait hours before being able to use it again. Since we have triplets, this situation causes us serious difficulties.

I reported the issue multiple times to Baby Mall customer service by phone and requested a solution. However, each time I was only given the same technical service number. I called that number repeatedly, but no one ever answered. Even though I bought the product directly from your website, being redirected to another contact line without any solution is extremely disappointing.

I have both the invoice and the warranty certificate. The milk heating function sometimes works, and sometimes it doesn’t work at all. I request that the product be repaired, or if the issue cannot be resolved, that it be refunded. We expect urgent action to resolve this grievance, especially given the hardship we face with triplets.
