Baby Mall Refuses to Refund After Sending Wrong Order
I placed an order with Baby Mall, but they sent me someone else’s order, and my order was mistakenly delivered to a different person. I returned the incorrect order and requested a refund, but it has been a month, and I still haven’t received my money back. They keep telling me they are waiting for the other customer to return the package. Why should I be the one to suffer because the other person hasn’t sent their package back? I now have neither my order nor my money. Customer service has been unhelpful throughout the entire process, and they’ve handled this situation incredibly poorly. I just want my refund!
