AXA Insurance Did Not Pay Compensation After My Traffic Accident Injuries
I was involved in a traffic accident that caused injuries, including fractures to my wrists, spine, and face. Despite more than a year having passed, Axa Insurance has still not paid the compensation. We initially agreed on an amount, they asked for my signature, and I sent it—but now they’re not even paying what was promised. If they weren’t going to pay, why agree in the first place? It feels like the company is going under—there’s no other explanation. They’re quick to raise premiums, but when it comes to paying what they owe, they delay for so long that interest becomes due, and even then, the premiums won’t cover it. Axa Insurance is not a company I would recommend, and I am officially filing a complaint.
