AXA Insurance Keeps Me Waiting a Month for a Simple Expert Report After My Crash
I bought Axa car insurance, and I had a crash one month ago. When I called customer service, they did not help me at all. I initially thought the problem was only with customer service, but I have been waiting for the expert report for about a month now. I spoke with the car service, and they said they could repair my car in just five days. But guess what I am waiting for? Just one paper from Axa. I do not recommend Axa insurance; it is terrible. I will never use it again.
