AXA Gave Me Separate Appointments for Check Up and Dental
I am currently using Axa’s complementary health insurance. In 2024, I was able to benefit from both the check-up and dental packages on the same day. In 2025, I wanted to schedule these services again for the same day. When I called, they told me they would arrange the appointments. A week later, I received a message and saw that the appointment dates were different. When I called again, I was told that this was how the appointments were scheduled. It’s disappointing that a large company like Axa is causing problems with appointment coordination. This is my second year with their insurance, but I’m considering switching to Allianz next year.
