Hey everyone, I want to share our frustrating experience with Anadolu Sigorta's supplementary health insurance. We've been using it for two years without any major issues until March 18, 2024, when our baby was born, and we insured them too. We specifically requested coverage at the hospital where our baby was born and where their check-ups have been conducted since day one. However, when we went for a check-up, we were shocked to learn that neither our nor our baby's network was valid at that hospital anymore. They told us that if we wanted to switch networks, we would have to cancel the insurance altogether. Why make it so difficult for people? This is causing unnecessary distress. Neither the insurance agency nor Anadolu Sigorta provided any assistance. They've caused a lot of distress for both our baby and us. And to make matters worse, they didn't even warn us when we were getting insurance for the baby. Shame on them.
