I took out complementary health insurance for myself, my wife and my child. I requested check-up, dental care service, dietitian service and psychological counseling service as part of the package. I requested a joint day for the 3 check-up dietitians and psychological counselors. An appointment was made for the check-up, but there was absolutely no response for the other two services. I called every day during the week and opened a registration every day, but there was no call back even once. You give the appointment to the hospital in the province, we live in the district and come and go at different times, are you not making the appointment for the same dates because we think it would be difficult? I called every day for about 2 weeks. What does it mean to act so indifferent to a request? Also, a few of your customer representatives insistently tell you to call your spouse to create a request. Thanks. But I get my wife's complementary health insurance. Why don't you call my wife as soon as you get the money? We chose Axa insurance this year upon recommendation. My renewal process is almost here. I will never choose this Company again. They said that even in a local private hospital in Mardin, it does not work anymore. We made a mistake this year by choosing this company, don't do it yourself.

Well, there's no point in being right. There's no time left for me to use the right you offered. You got what you wanted. Do not get supplementary health insurance from Axa Insurance. Believe me, there are much more quality firms for a better price. Don't be fooled by the name; it's an uninterested firm. Why do we get supplementary health insurance? Just so money goes into your pocket, Axa Insurance?

It has been communicated that pre-appointment requests are approved based on the availability of the institutions, that appointments are approved on weekdays due to the institution not providing services on weekends, and that online services can alternatively be provided on weekends. When we first made an appointment for August 31, we were informed that the dietitian was on leave, not that they were not working that day. Otherwise, why would we insist on a weekend appointment? The strong bond between those who take appointment requests and those who call the company for appointments is truly impressive. Once again, you have proven yourselves. Anyway, there is no point in dragging this issue any further. The chances of individuals using all of the packages you offer are zero. You wait until the last day and impose things on people. I guess this is how your company policy works. No problem. We have learned our lesson in this process. We do not recommend your company. In fact, we strongly advise against purchasing from you.
