Avakin Life Account Access Issue - Locked Out with No Support Response

I've been immersed in Avakin Life for quite a while now, and I've even invested some money into the game. Unfortunately, I am unable to access my account at this time. Despite everything being in order, I have made several attempts to contact you but have not received a response. I've had my account for 2 years now, and it's reached level 32. It's got some really valuable items, and I've put in a lot of time and effort into it. Whenever I attempt to reset my password, I never seem to receive the reset email. I'm still seeing my account, but I'm unable to send any requests. This annoying message keeps appearing.
