My Audi A6 e-tron's Sunroof Cracked on Its Own With No Impact
I purchased my Audi A6 e-tron S Line model vehicle about a year ago. Recently, while driving, the sunroof glass cracked on its own, without hitting any stones or impacts, and this situation has seriously disappointed me both in terms of safety and my expectations from a vehicle in this segment.
When I contacted the dealer I bought the vehicle from, I was told that the sunroof glass would be replaced under warranty, but the dealer stated they didn't have even a single sunroof glass in stock, and there was no clear information regarding the parts supply process. This uncertainty and waiting period means I can't drive the vehicle safely, and my hardship is being prolonged.
My expectation from the brand is that the sunroof glass part be sourced urgently and that my vehicle be repaired as soon as possible. I also request that a temporary replacement vehicle be provided to me until repairs are made, so that the hardship and safety concerns I've experienced can be resolved this way.
