Ray Ban RB2140 Sunglasses Were Not Repaired Despite Warranty Service

My Ray-Ban RB2140 sunglasses developed issues within the first year, including a change in color tone on the temples and flexibility problems. I purchased the product from Atasun Optik, and since it is under a 2-year warranty, I sent it in for service twice and also contacted customer service (444 6 785) three times. However, despite all these efforts, no solution was provided and my problems remain unresolved. I request a permanent resolution of this issue within the warranty period, whether through a product replacement or repair if necessary. My related service record number is JNT 2024000002207. I kindly ask that my grievance be resolved.

Yes, other than calling it consumer error after getting back to me, there is nothing else you have helped with. Oh, and the fact that you are very sorry also really put my mind at ease (along with the phrase 'we couldn't assist you as per your request' :) ). I am not considering returning the product to the store. You can keep it. But in the end, I have to go to Consumer Rights. Also, the fact that Atasun is etched in my mind as a regret is a separate issue for me.

It deeply upset me to experience such customer dissatisfaction with Atasun Optik, a company that has not provided any solution so far. Customer service told me something like, 'You may have used it too much in the sun.' I am already buying sunglasses, and besides, I am a municipal police officer, working in the field from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. And we are in the heat of Adana (Osmaniye), I really don't understand what kind of explanation this is. In the end, I feel like you want me to break and destroy the glasses in front of the store. By the way, I am also upset with myself for having trouble benefiting from the corporate priority of the Rayban brand and Atasun Optik.
