Asyabahis Refuses to Close My Account for a Year

I have been trying to close the account I opened on the Asyabahis site under the username “Ahm***06” for nearly a year. Despite repeatedly contacting live support, I keep getting the same response: “If you don’t log in for 90 days, your account will be closed.” Even though I have not logged into the site for an entire year, my account is still active and has not been closed.
During this period, I was continually called on the phone and pressured through messages such as “you will win this much, you will win that much,” which made me feel psychologically uncomfortable. Even though my balance is only 0.14, no real steps were taken to close my account, and I was stalled with the same excuses every time.
This situation has caused not only financial inconvenience but also emotional stress and discomfort. Despite all my communication attempts, my account has not been closed, and I have been repeatedly disturbed.
My request from Asyabahis is that my account be permanently closed immediately, and that I no longer receive any phone calls or messages under any circumstances.
