I Face ASICS Not Refunding My $230 After Product Return
On April 7, I purchased ASICS Gel 1130 Black Pure sneakers from the official ASICS Türkiye website for $230. After receiving the product, I returned it because the size did not fit. According to the tracking information, the return was delivered to ASICS on April 14. However, even after 11 days since delivery, my refund has still not been processed, and the system only shows “return request received.”
I contacted customer service twice during this period. Each time, I was told that an “urgent request” had been created and that I should wait, but no concrete action has been taken and no clear refund date has been provided. The delay in issuing my refund and the ongoing lack of resolution have caused both inconvenience and loss of trust. I have also seen similar complaints from other customers, which increases my concern.
I request that the return process for my order number 628wq4848 be completed immediately, that the $230 refund be issued without further delay, and that I be informed about the reason for this prolonged delay.
After filing a complaint with the Consumer Court, my money was held up; after 35 days, just file a complaint directly.
