About one month ago, I purchased a pair of Asics Gel-1130 shoes from Asics’ official online store. There was nothing wrong with the shoes, but they were too small for me, so I initiated a return without ever using them.
It took approximately 10 days to receive a response regarding my return request, and I was informed by email that the return had been denied. The reason given was that the shoes may have been worn outside. However, I absolutely did not wear the product outside. I only tried them on indoors for sizing purposes and then placed them back in the box. The return shipment tracking number is 490318961487.
I am requesting that the return of these unused shoes—sent back solely because the size did not fit—be accepted and that the amount I paid be refunded to me.
