Asics Refund Missing After Return
I bought three different models of Asics running shoes from the official website asics.com.tr on 9 March 2026. I did not like two of the models and returned these two pairs on 19 March 2026. The total value of the returned shoes was around ₺20,000 but my refund has still not been issued. I have contacted Asics customer service five times and also sent an email about this problem. Despite all my attempts, I have not received any response or explanation, and I have wasted a lot of time trying to solve an issue that should be simple. My order number for this purchase and return is 792NS8792F. I request that my refund for the two returned pairs, with a total amount of approximately ₺20,000 be processed immediately and paid back to me without any further delay, and that I also receive an apology for the lack of communication and for the time I have lost because of this situation.
