Asics Kayano 30 Heel Burning Issue After Few Wears

Because of the exceptional quality and longevity of the Asics Kayano running shoes, I have been a dedicated customer since the 21st series. My recent purchase of the Asics Kayano 30 model, however, has left me with a profound sense of disappointment.

In the span of about four or five wears, I felt a searing pain on one side of each heel. I can no longer bear to wear these shoes for long periods of time due to the excruciating pain they cause.

I don't understand the problem because I've never had this issue with earlier Kayano models. I'm scared this is a product flaw and that the shoes will eventually become useless because of it.

I really hope that Asics looks into this and finds a way to fix the problem of the heel burning.
