Asics Shoe Lining Tore Quickly – Denied Warranty Claim

I bought a pair of Asics shoes, and after a short time, the inner lining tore on one shoe, while the other is about to rip as well. I sent them back for a warranty claim, but Asics refused to acknowledge a manufacturing defect and rejected my request. This is now the second time I’ve experienced the same issue with Asics shoes, which proves this is a quality problem, not user error. Asics is clearly not standing behind their products, leaving customers with defective shoes instead of providing a proper solution. I expected better durability from a well-known brand, but this experience has completely ruined my trust. Asics, take responsibility and resolve this issue!
