Asics Gel NYC Shoes Bad Quality and Disappointing Warranty Response





In the final week of November 2023, I bought a pair of Gel NYC model casual sneakers from the Zorlu Asics store. The price was more than ₺5000. Since it was winter, I opened the shoebox in February 2024. Given the warranties back and forth, I've only worn the goods a total of ten times in the remaining 1-1.5 months. As demonstrated in the attached photographs, the shoe's inner right foot has a deep hole. It was present when I purchased it, but I just became aware of it once I began using it. The fabrics on the shoe's front ends are obviously different, and the same issue occurs on the sides. The shoe's inner lace holes and heel materials have been torn. This is my first time purchasing a product from this brand. A product that deteriorates this quickly will be unusable in six months. I purchased it with a warranty and returned it. Even the store workers felt uncomfortable in the face of all the challenges and expressed hope that it would be accepted. Despite going to warranty twice, I continued to receive the same automated message. What is the deal? "There is no production-related problem." So, what else could it be but a production issue? The shoe could not sustain ten uses due to its low materials and construction. Isn't this what the warranty is for? I haven't taken the merchandise yet; it's still at the store. I urgently need a solution to my dilemma.
