Asics Gel-Nimbus 26 Wore Out in 3 Months – Denied Warranty Claim

I purchased a pair of Asics Gel-Nimbus 26 from İstinyePark Balçova in September 2024 for ₺8,499. However, by January 2025, both shoes developed identical holes in the same spot. When I took them back to the store, I was shocked by the response.
After a week-long review, they denied my warranty claim, blaming "user error." Their explanation? It’s because of my socks. They claimed that wearing high-quality socks would have prevented the issue. If I had known I needed to buy ₺600 socks just to keep these shoes from falling apart, I wouldn’t have bought them in the first place!
Even cheap, non-branded shoes last longer than these did. When I pointed this out, the store employee simply said, "That’s not my problem." This is unacceptable for a world-renowned brand. If Asics wants to sell shoes in Turkey, they should acknowledge local consumer habits instead of making ridiculous excuses.
We demand a replacement for this defective product. The fact that both shoes developed holes in the exact same location proves that this is a manufacturing defect—not "user error." As consumers, we have rights, and we expect Asics to take responsibility. I request a formal response and a resolution to this issue.
