ASICS Gel-Nimbus 27 Caused Severe Foot Pain After Only Three Runs

I purchased the ASICS Gel-Nimbus 27 men’s blue road running shoes from the Yalı Spor store in Hilltown Mall on October 20, 2025. I only used the shoes for three running sessions, and during all three runs I experienced severe pressure and pain on the sole of my right foot and on the inner middle area of my left foot. In addition, the shoes caused painful blisters.

Experiencing the exact same discomfort every time in a premium running shoe that I specifically chose and paid a high price for has been extremely disappointing. I purchased these shoes specifically for running performance and comfort, yet I have not been able to use them comfortably even for a short period of time. So far, I have not returned the product to the store for inspection, exchange, or refund evaluation.

I request that the product be carefully inspected and that the issue causing these problems be resolved. I would also appreciate support in making the shoes suitable and comfortable for their intended running purpose and, if necessary, assistance with a replacement or refund process.
