ASICS Gel Nimbus 28 Causing Severe Discomfort
About a week ago, I purchased ASICS Gel Nimbus 28 shoes from the ASICS store in Hilltown Mall. Before buying, I specifically asked if the model was suitable for daily use and walking, and the store representative assured me that it would be comfortable for walking as well, which is why I chose this model.
However, after using the shoes, I realized that even one hour of wear felt as exhausting as if I had been walking continuously for months. My feet experienced extreme fatigue and discomfort, and walking became very difficult. While I cannot comment on running performance, the shoes I purchased specifically for daily walking have been extremely uncomfortable.
When I shared this issue with the store, no effort was made to resolve the problem, and no assistance was provided. The information given at the time of purchase does not match my actual experience, making me feel misled and as if my money has been wasted.
I request that ASICS replace the Gel Nimbus 28 shoes I purchased from the Hilltown Mall store with another model that is genuinely suitable and comfortable for walking. If my request is not met, I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
