ASICS Gel-Cumulus 27 Showing Early Deformation And Claim Denied

About one year ago, I purchased ASICS Gel-Cumulus 27 running shoes from the official ASICS website. Since they are summer shoes, I did not use them during the winter season, and in total they have been worn for no more than six months. Despite this limited use, serious deformation has developed in the flex areas of the shoes.
I sent the product in for inspection, but I was not provided with any detailed report. Instead, I was only informed through an automated message that there was no manufacturing defect and that the issue was due to “user error.” This explanation was neither justified nor supported with any concrete findings. Additionally, when I researched online, I found many similar complaints about the same model and similar deformation issues.
For a product purchased at a premium price, experiencing such deformation in a short time and having the responsibility placed entirely on the user has significantly damaged my trust in the ASICS brand.
I request that my shoes be replaced with a new pair and that my grievance be resolved accordingly.
