No Proper Closing of the Arzum Duoterm Thermos Lid

I purchased the Arzum Duoterm thermos with two containers in red, model AR 722, with a capacity of 1.5 liters. I've used it 5-10 times, and the lid of the inner container won't close. I want to replace the lid. I've reached out to all possible places where I could find official service information, even to repair experts, but I can't find a replacement for the lid anywhere. I'm surprised that such a well-known brand like Arzum produces products of this quality and doesn't provide spare parts. Almost all of my kitchen appliances are from Arzum (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, blender, robot, juicer), but unfortunately 😔 we're facing the same problem. I bought the products with great pleasure, but the lid is broken. I took it to the warranty service, but they couldn't fix it, and there are no spare parts. I'm very disappointed.
