Arzum AR1058 Hestia Multi Blender Set Keeps Malfunctioning
I purchased the Arzum AR1058 Hestia Multi Blender Set from Hepsiburada, and it has been a complete disappointment. We chose this product because of the Arzum brand name, but we are far from satisfied with its performance.
We noticed issues with the blender from the very first use, but initially dismissed them as potential first-time user errors. However, during subsequent uses, we observed that the blender would run while empty but fail to operate when filled. This inconsistent performance is frustrating and renders the appliance essentially useless.
We took the blender to the service center, where they replaced a part. Despite this repair and our limited use of the device, the same problem persists. This ongoing malfunction, even after professional intervention, is particularly disheartening.
