Arena of Valor Crashes on Loading Screen – Losing Rank and Reliability Points

Every time I try to enter a ranked match in Arena of Valor, the game crashes at the loading screen, displaying a black screen before kicking me out. This issue happens in every game, and it’s incredibly frustrating. I’m trying to climb the ranks, but instead, I’m getting penalized with AFK bans, losing ranked stars, and my reliability score keeps dropping due to these crashes. I’ve already reached out through the Play Store and sent an email to support, but I haven’t received any response. I need Arena of Valor to address this problem urgently, as it’s severely impacting my gaming experience and progress. Please fix this issue and restore my lost points and stars.
