While playing ranking matches in the Android version of eFootball, I’ve been losing for the last nine matches in a row, and during that time, I was disconnected from the game twice. The game freezes and then shuts down by itself in the middle of a match. After restarting, I receive a “You Lost” message, and my ranking points decrease unfairly.
My in-game name is e*, and my user ID is asez-****-755. This issue only happens in eFootball — I have no similar problems in other mobile games. I haven’t contacted customer service yet, but I’m requesting a restoration of my lost ranking points and an immediate fix for this technical issue, which makes the game frustrating and unfair to play.
