Ongoing Issues with Arçelik Customer Service and Faulty Refrigerator
I've been dealing with Arçelik customer service for 2 months because my refrigerator is broken. They tried to charge me for repairs because my extended warranty document wasn't showing up in their system. After we found the document, they delayed it for another month, saying they would process it. This might be the worst customer service I've ever encountered; they are completely useless. They keep saying "The authorities will call you" and have hung up for 2 months now. It's as if they're mocking you. I will pay for the repairs and take them to court. If you don't want to waste months of your time and regret the money you spent, do not choose this company. I'm sure they will see this and reach out just to say "The authorities will call you" again. Your service is terrible. I will never, ever buy any of your products again.
