Despite numerous people sharing the same plight online, the small plastic part where the tap is attached on the front of my copper-colored K3285B tea maker, sold for around ₺13-15,000 on retail sites, cracked and broke. Following customer service's guidance, I visited the service center, took a photo of the plastic part, and sent it to the necessary channels. After 20 days, the response I received was riddled with questions like "Can you find the receipt? When did you purchase it? Is it still under warranty?" Finally, they informed me that the parts for this product are no longer being manufactured. As someone who has cherished Arçelik products, from a small coffee pot to household appliances, instilled by my late father's love for the brand, I am deeply disappointed. The brand responsible for this letdown? None other than Arçelik, a company founded by the late V**** K**. In conclusion, Arçelik isn't what it used to be. They're rendering a ₺15,000 machine useless for the sake of a ₺100 part. I'm truly saddened.
