The only good thing about my experience with the Arcelik tea maker is that it drips...how nice isn't it... When I called customer service, they said it would cost a fortune to fix because it leaks water like a sieve. It's like stealing in broad daylight! Instead of getting a new machine, they got creative and added a moldy screw, which made things worse. Now I'm sure that Arcelik is just a brand that talks but doesn't do anything. They aren't going to stand behind their item. I haven't been happy with this tea maker since I got it, and neither the service nor the machine have made me feel better. I feel bad about spending a lot of money on this device that gives me headaches. There's no doubt that I'm filled with sadness.
