Arçelik Inverter AA Air Conditioner Leak Damaged Bed - No Compensation

On 24.07.2025, around 15:30, our inverter AA model air conditioner was installed in our home under warranty by Arçelik authorized service. During the installation, the technicians stated that the drainage hose had not been attached and that they had uploaded a photo of this issue to the system. Because the hose was not connected, water leaking from the air conditioner damaged part of my child’s bed, rendering it unusable. I called Arçelik customer service numerous times after the incident, but the process was repeatedly prolonged with the response that it was “still ongoing.” When I called again today, I was informed that my damage compensation request had been rejected. The unusable bed was purchased from Bambi. I request that Arçelik either provide a new bed or compensate me for the cost of the damaged one. I kindly ask that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.
