On July 24, 2024, I purchased an Arçelik 1235A model air conditioner from their official website. This product was installed at my father's house. The installation team brought along a child around 8-10 years old. I asked about the child's involvement in the installation and whether he was an authorized service personnel, but they kept evading the question.
I learned that the AC requires vacuum pumping. Subsequently, on July 28, 2024, I placed another order for the 12770Al model to be installed at my own home. I called Arçelik's headquarters requesting that authorized personnel handle the installation without bringing any children, and that the AC should be vacuum pumped during installation. Unfortunately, the team that came to my father's house arrived again. When I asked if they would vacuum pump the unit, they said it was not necessary as the factory-sealed product comes pre-vacuumed.
I am extremely disappointed with this situation. I request that my issue be resolved and the product be replaced.

I'm truly astonished; I never knew this company was so incompetent. Despite calling the service and headquarters multiple times, my issue still hasn't been resolved. It seems they are making every effort not to solve it!
