I Bought an Arçelik Dishwasher That Leaves Spots but Got No Service Help
The dishwasher I purchased from Arçelik in November 2024 has been leaving spots on the glasses. I created two service requests about this issue, and although technicians came and checked the machine, they claimed there was no fault. When I called customer service for the third time, I was told that technicians would come again on May 5, 2025, to inspect the machine, but no one showed up on the scheduled date. No solution is being provided for this defective product sold to me by the company. I will also be filing a formal complaint with the Consumer Association regarding this matter.
I was called multiple times regarding the issue and was asked whether my problem had been resolved. I thank the company for their attention.
