I strongly criticize Arçelik for failing to supervise their service teams. We are experiencing significant distress because of this. Despite paying for professional service, what we received was far from acceptable. Choosing the Arçelik brand has turned out to be a regret. The technician who installed our range hood left it visibly crooked, and those who failed to supervise him are just as responsible. How can a range hood be installed 4 cm off-center?
