Arçelik Damaged My Wall and Installed the Range Hood 4 cm Crooked
Unqualified and unsupervised personnel in Arçelik’s installation services are causing serious damage. They leave without properly completing the installation of products. I strongly criticize Arçelik for failing to supervise their service teams. We are experiencing significant distress because of this. Despite paying for professional service, what we received was far from acceptable. Choosing the Arçelik brand has turned out to be a regret. The technician who installed our range hood left it visibly crooked, and those who failed to supervise him are just as responsible. How can a range hood be installed 4 cm off-center? In an effort to save money, they are sending untrained and incompetent people for installations. They even ruined the ceramic tiles while drilling into the wall.

Arçelik installed the products we purchased incorrectly, incompletely, and partially, causing serious damage to our premises. Despite calling them multiple times, they brushed us off by telling us to go to the Consumer Court.
