Arcelik Hood Pipe Installed Short, It's Working Noisily

Arçelik service installed the hood incorrectly. The service hood had its accordion pipe smothered with electrical tape. The pipe cross section has decreased by half. The hood is not working properly, it is making noise, it is blowing air from the edge of the pipe because they have not been installed properly. I have not been able to get results from Arçelik call center for 5 days. Refer a different service and detect the faulty installation. And I say look at how your service does business. They direct me the same service. The photos show how the pipe is tightened. Arcelik call center cannot resolve the issue. I requested a refund of my installation fee.
