Arcelik Keeps Delaying Installation Services for AirCon and TV

On 21.07.2024, an air conditioner and a television were purchased from the Arçelik store in Cigli Maltepe, they said they would assemble and install them. They came to the installation 3-4 days later, they wanted to register the installation of my television, they installed it on the table and left, and for the air conditioner, the 18 and 19 year old children who came because I live on the 8th floor did this. They said they couldn't do it, the air conditioner was not installed, they said the size will be checked later, no one came or left, I want to go back, they are not taking it back, they are calling the dealer, Mr. Ahmet will call you, Mr. Kadir will call you, no one calls or asks, the air conditioner is an Arçelik system as a decoration.
