Arçelik Air Conditioner Installation Complaint and Poor Service

Three weeks ago, I requested the service technician to install the new air conditioner in a specific location. The technician claimed that this location was not suitable and that I would need to sign a waiver in case the pipes were damaged during installation. However, the previous tenant had an air conditioner installed in the same spot without issues. The technician insisted multiple times that another location would provide better cooling performance and convinced me to agree. The installation was completed, but from the very first day, it was clear that the new location was not suitable and that the technician had persuaded me for convenience.

Despite repeatedly reporting this to Arçelik customer service (where a representative named Can B** even described the situation as being 'lifted'), a technician finally returned today. However, despite having records for reinstallation, the technician arrived with a "not cooling" complaint. Seeing that the air conditioner was working, they left without making any changes.

It is noteworthy that the same technician who was unmotivated during the initial installation returned again. I have filed complaints about this person, but no action seems to have been taken. Despite multiple records and complaints, Arçelik, the branch service, and the technician display a dismissive attitude towards their customers.
