Arçelik 6167I Dishwasher Repeated Faults and Lack of Support

Hi there, I'm reaching out from Osmaniye. I bought an Arçelik 6167I dishwasher from the Kılıçlar store in Osmaniye. This Arçelik product has arrived defective on 7 separate occasions. I reached out to the Arçelik authorized service and was assured that they would be in touch within 2 weeks. However, I am still awaiting their response. The dishwasher consistently arrives in the same condition as depicted in the visuals. The product is delivered to my home and then returned. I have been dealing with a frustrating situation for the past two months, and unfortunately, it still hasn't been resolved.
