Arçelik 6444 OKI Dishwasher Fails to Clean Dishes

I purchased a 6-piece white goods set from Arçelik for my wedding. Among these, the only product I’ve had an issue with is the 6444 OKI Dishwasher, which has only been in use for three and a half weeks. The dishwasher consistently fails to clean 9–10 out of every 20 items placed inside. We end up either washing them by hand or running the machine two or three more times. The service team has visited four times, and on each occasion, they ran the machine empty and claimed there was no issue. However, we have never said the machine doesn’t run — the issue is that it does not clean the dishes properly. At the technician’s request, we left the dishwasher loaded and documented everything by taking 30–40 photos showing the dirty dishes after a full cycle. Despite acknowledging the issue and agreeing with us during the review of these photos, they insist that the machine is “working.” I agree — it runs — but it doesn’t clean. On the most recent visit, the technician stated that the product would not be replaced but could be refunded. However, since I bought the dishwasher a year ago, before my wedding, and its current price is 2.5 times higher, a refund would not allow me to purchase the same model again. I am requesting a direct replacement of the product, which is my legal right under consumer protection laws — I am entitled to demand a replacement within 6 months of first use. Due to the ongoing inconvenience and my dissatisfaction, I will be escalating this matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and all other necessary authorities without delay. If needed, I am prepared to take legal action against the brand.
