Arçelik 61113 Dishwasher Wi-Fi connection was Unsuccessful

Yesterday, we purchased and installed the Arçelik 61113 dishwasher. We attempted to establish a connection with wf in the evening, but unfortunately, it was unsuccessful. Upon further investigation, we discovered that this particular model has been plagued by this issue for quite some time. Despite the ongoing issue, they persist in selling this device without addressing its long-standing problem. I haven't had the chance to try out the product, and it hasn't even been a full day. Only 3 out of the 11 programs in the product can be added with wf, and unfortunately, we are unable to utilize this feature. If we had known, we would have simply purchased a standard machine with 4 programs. The service claims that it can schedule an appointment in just 4 days. However, it is frustrating to deal with technical issues regarding a product that was opened and installed straight out of the box. It is also puzzling why the person responsible for the installation would leave without even attempting to troubleshoot the Wi-Fi connection, especially when there is a known issue. What's the deal with waiting for service for 4 days? I provided them with the necessary information about the product over the phone. If the service fails to promptly handle the replacement, I expect to receive a refund. I will also inform you with a notification.
