Unacceptable Service Delay of Arçelik

I purchased an air conditioner (Model No: 12471 HP) from Arçelik's Karabağ authorized dealer. Despite Arçelik’s official guidelines, the authorized service technician who came for installation failed to perform the vacuuming process. When I raised the issue, I was informed that the step was unnecessary. However, Arçelik's official website clearly states that vacuuming must be performed prior to every air conditioner installation. Immediately after the installation, I contacted Arçelik customer service. However, I was only offered an appointment 11 days later for the vacuuming procedure. This delay, caused by the technician’s failure to follow standard protocol, has resulted in a significant waste of my time and potentially jeopardizes the long-term performance and efficiency of the unit. I find it unacceptable that such an oversight by authorized personnel should lead to this level of inconvenience for the customer. I respectfully request that this issue be resolved urgently and that the necessary measures be taken to prevent similar cases in the future. I do not accept being made to wait 11 days due to a mistake made by the service technician.
